4G FDD dual-carrier Femtocell is an integrated base station based on LTE technology, which supports access to the backbone network through wired backhaul, provides LTE access for terminals, completes voice and data service transmission, and realizes indoor Wireless broadband coverage.
4G FDD dual-carrier Femtocell are usually connected to the LTE core network through a non-secure domain; the network management system centrally manages the equipment; the security gateway implements data packet encryption, and the connection between the base station equipment and the core network must pass through the security gateway through a The ingress gateway (GW) completes the relay between the base station equipment and the MME/SGW, completes the convergence of the signaling plane, and reduces the impact on the core network. Figure 1-1 shows the network structure of the 4G Residential Femtocell accessing the LTE network.
